Do you accept returns & Defective Items ? Waorder provides returns for all items, except Sale items (eg : Happy Firday codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ?

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.

 

*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.

 

I found a defect on my item but I’ve already washed it. What should I do?

We’re unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.

 

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).

The size doesn’t fit me. Can I change it to other size ?

Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

 

Can I visit your store for the return/exchange ?

Yes. You may drop by our store to perform the exchange after an appointment. However, it is subject to stock availability of the item that you wish to exchange, and must be done within 5 working day upon receiving your parcel.

 

The color look different from the website.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
